Subject: Important Survey Information for 21st Century After School Program
Good Evening,
Today, students in the 21st Century After School Program received information regarding a family and student survey. If your child was absent, the survey will be sent home on Monday.
The student survey is intended for grades 4-8. If you do not wish for your child to participate, please complete the attached form and return it to Mrs. Turner. No action is required if you permit your child to take the survey.
Additionally, we encourage families to complete the Family Survey. Please scan the attached QR code to provide feedback for our program.

Please be advised that the 21st Century After School Program will not be in session on this date to allow our teachers the opportunity to participate in the conferences.

Congratulations to Victoria Cordray and Avallonis Glave on their spectacular win at DECA State Championships in their Principles of Entrepreneurship event. Competing in a large event, Victoria came 1st and Avallonis placed 3rd, qualifying them both for Nationals in Orlando in April. Congratulations to both girls on their win.

Get ready for laughs, hoops, and hoofin around at Maud's Donkey Basketball Game. Watch your favorite players try to dribble, dunk, and stay in the saddle - easier said than done!

Tickets can be pre purchased by calling the High School. Free entry tickets for under 12 students have been sent home with your elementary student. If you need more, please contact the office. There will be free donkey rides at half time.
Come for the basketball - stay for the chaos. All proceeds go to Athletics and DECA funds.
The junior high and high school baseball games versus Wellston scheduled for Tuesday, February 25 have been cancelled.

This is a reminder that Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, February 18th and Thursday, February 20th from 4 PM-7PM. Mrs. Minton will be available at the high school for parents and students needing assistance with Oklahoma's Promise and with FAFSA. Mrs. Minton will also have progress reports available for all 6th-12th grade students at Parent/Teacher Conferences. We look forward to seeing all students tomorrow, February 17th.

Congratulations to our DECA competitors today at State CDC. Jessy Hames, Victoria Cordray, and Avallonis Glave made finals for their events out of a large group of competitiors. Due to incoming weather, results for all events and award ceremony TBA.

We are pleased to inform you that Maud Elementary School will host Valentine's Day class parties on February 13, 2025. The festivities will commence at 2:00 PM.

To all parents of senior students: this is a reminder that all scholarship essays and slideshow pictures need to be turned in to Mrs. Minton no later than Friday afternoon. Also, please remember that the FAFSA is a graduation requirement starting this year. Please let Mrs. Minton know if you need help with the forms.
