Good afternoon, We are excited to announce that the 21st Century Summer Program will feature two engaging clubs: the Sprinkler Club for Pre-K through 2nd grade and the Swimming Club for 3rd through 8th grade (PK- 2nd will be at the Elementary while 3rd-8th will be at the pool). The pool will officially open on Monday, June 9th. Both clubs will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays, weather permitting. For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we kindly ask that you apply sunscreen and ensure your child is dressed in appropriate swimwear before arriving at the program. Please keep in mind that our staff isn't able to help with the application of sunscreen or help with swimwear adjustments. Please have your child bring the following: towel, water shoes or sandals for PK-2nd grade, arm floaties (if your child needs assistance with swimming). Please do not send the following: Water toys, water guns, large floaties Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to a fun-filled summer!

Maud Public Schools will be running buses at 2:15 pm due the stormy weather. If your child walks home they will be dismissed at the same time. Thank you for your continued support.

Due to the potential of storms entering into the Maud area, please feel free to pick-up your child at your earliest convenience. This will not count against your child. Elementary students will be bused to the High school to be near the on campus shelter in preparation of the potential to take shelter.

Good evening! This is a reminder that the 6th-12th Awards Assembly will take place tomorrow in the HS Gymnasium at 9:30 AM. Graduation practice will take place immediately following the assembly. Thank you!

Good Evening, I would like to share several important reminders regarding upcoming events and programs: Elementary Field Day: Please be advised that the event has been rescheduled to next Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The schedule is as follows: PK-2nd Grade: 9:00 AM 3rd-5th Grade: 1:00 PM 21st CCLC Before School and After School Program: This program has concluded for the 2024-2025 school year. Please note that there will be no adult supervision for students arriving at school before 7:45 AM. All students must be picked up by 3:15 PM. 21st CCLC Summer Program "Discover the Wonders of Life Cycles": The program will commence on May 27, 2025, for students who are enrolled. Please ensure that children are dropped off at the cafeteria at 8:00 AM. Pickup will be at 3:00 PM in the regular pickup line. On field trip days, the pickup time will be at 5:00 PM. Last Day of School: The final day for students for the 2024-2025 school year will be Thursday, May 22, 2025. Additionally, if your child has misplaced any jackets, coats, or hoodies, please visit the Elementary to check the lost and found. Any unclaimed items will be donated to local churches due to limited storage space. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Due to localized flooding, the High School trip on Thursday, May 15th, has been changed from Arrowhead State Park to Travertine Creek in Sulphur. The bus will leave at 8:15 a.m. and return at 3 p.m. Please ensure your child's permission forms have been returned to Ms Townsing by tomorrow.

Additionally, Mrs. Tollison is currently accepting enrollment forms for the 21st Century Summer Program, set to commence on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, and will run through June 27, 2025. Please note that the deadline for submitting Summer Enrollment Forms is tomorrow, May 13, 2025, at 3:45 PM. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any forms after this deadline, as it is crucial for us to adequately prepare and ensure sufficient supplies for each student. This is a reminder that the Junior High Cheer team will have pictures tomorrow at 5:15 at the football field. If it is raining, they will be moved to the gym. High School Cheer may come to take individual cheer pictures at this time as well.
