Middle School and High School End of Year Dates!

Maud Elementary School End-of-Year Activities • April 12, 2024 - No School. • April 15 - May 2, 2024 - End of Year State Testing. We kindly request students get sufficient rest the night before, have breakfast either at home or at school, and arrive on time as latecomers cannot enter the testing room once the test has begun, and will need to take it at a later time. • April 19, 2024 - Virtual Day. • April 26, 2024 - No School. This day is also the deadline for students to achieve their 4th Nine-Week AR Goal. • May 3, 20204 - No School. • May 6-10, 2024 - Teacher Appreciation Week. • May 8, 2024 - Elementary Dodgeball / Kickball Tournament starting at 9:00. • May 9, 2024 - Elementary Field Day for PK-2nd Grade starting at 8:30 to Noon, and for 3rd - 5th Grade starting at 1:00 to 2:45. A concession stand will be available. • May 9, 2024 - Last Day of the 21st Century Before School and After School Program for the 2023-2024 School Year. • May 10, 2024 - No School. • May 14, 2024 - Elementary Awards Assembly in the High School Gym at 9:00 a.m. • May 14, 2024 - Kindergarten Graduation in the High School Gym at 6:00 p.m. • May 16, 2024 - Last day of school for students. • May 20, 2024 - 1st Day of 21st CCLC Summer Program (Students must be enrolled to attend). Enrollment forms will be sent home with students on Monday, April 15, 2024. The last day to return the enrollment forms will be April 30, 2024. Enrollment forms will not be accepted after April 30, 2024.

JH Baseball double header at Earlsboro cancelled for today, moved to April 16, 2024 4:30.

Elementary Spring and class pictures will be taken on Thursday, April 4th at 9.30am. Order forms were sent home with your child last week.

This decision has been made due to anticipated severe weather conditions, including storms and potential tornadoes, forecasted to affect our area in the early evening. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this short notice and extend our sincere appreciation for your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing the safety of all our students and staff members.

The Junior High and High School baseball and softball games have been cancelled for this evening due to impending weather. All students will have regular dismissal times. Thank you.

Baseball and softball update! Tonight's JH baseball game has been cancelled. HS baseball game will now be played at Stroud, Maud will play at 6:00pm and 8:00pm. The HS slow pitch cancelled as well today.
