April 30, 2024 - Last day to turn in 21st Century Summer Program enrollment forms. May 3, 2024 - No School May 6, 2024 - 4th Nine Weeks AR Trip to Wintersmith Park and Braums in Ada, OK. May 9, 2024 Field Day PK - 2nd: 8:30 am to noon 3rd - 5th Grade: 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm Parents are welcome to attend and there will be a concession stand. May 9, 2024 - Last day of 21st CCLC Before School and After School Program for the 2023-2024 school year. May 10, 2024 - No School May 14, 2024 Elementary Award Assembly: 9:00 a.m. in the High School Gym. Kindergarten Graduation: 6:00 p.m. in the High School Gym. May 15, 2024 - AR Reward for Students who met their goal for all 4 Nine Weeks. May 16, 2024 - Last Day of School for Students. Parents and community members, Oklahoma Blood Institute will be on site tomorrow, 9:30-1:30 at the Maud High School gymnasium. Donation times are filling up, but there is availability in the afternoon for all who are interested!

Maud Pre-K Pre-Enrollment Information for 2024-2025 School Year Dates: May 29, 2024, and May 30, 2024 Times: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Location: Maud Elementary School Student Limit: Limited to 20 students for Pre-K Please Bring the Following Items for Enrollment: Birth Certificate Immunization Record Social Security Card CDIB Card (if applicable) Proof of Residency (e.g., utility bill, mortgage papers, rental agreement)* *Documentation should show the parent or legal guardian's name and physical address. Cell phone bills or vehicle registrations cannot be accepted.

Assignments will be posted by your child's teacher, and should you require any assistance, please feel free to contact the school to speak to your child's teacher. SPORTS UPDATE! JH/HS Baseball at Maysville today has been cancelled. JH/HS Slowpitch at Vanoss remains scheduled today, 4:30 start. Tomorrow, 4/16/24, JH Baseball will play a double header at Earlsboro, 4:30 start. Lastly, the Baseball District at Earlsboro has been moved up as well, 4/17/24 start. HS Slowpitch District at Maud remains as scheduled, 4/17/24.

JH Baseball is still scheduled to play at Wetumka today, 1:30 pm. HS Baseball in Sasakwa has been rescheduled to start tomorrow, 9:00 am. HS Slowpitch today at Maud has been cancelled.

Prom is this weekend, Saturday, April 13th at Firelake Golf Course, 6:30-8:30pm! All attendees will be walking in Promenade at 5:00 in the High School Gym. This event is open to the public and our community is encouraged to attend! This is a wonderful photo opportunity and a great time to support the students of Maud High School!

CLASS A SLOWPITCH DISTRICTS AT MAUD

As a reminder, according to the Maud School Board Policy, if your child is unwell or gets sent home from school due to illness, they must be free of fever, vomiting, or diarrhea for 24 hours before returning to school. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Maud Elementary School End-of-Year Activities • April 12, 2024 - No School. • April 15 - May 2, 2024 - End of Year State Testing. We kindly request students get sufficient rest the night before, have breakfast either at home or at school, and arrive on time as latecomers cannot enter the testing room once the test has begun, and will need to take it at a later time. • April 19, 2024 - Virtual Day. • April 26, 2024 - No School. This day is also the deadline for students to achieve their 4th Nine-Week AR Goal. • May 3, 20204 - No School. • May 6-10, 2024 - Teacher Appreciation Week. • May 8, 2024 - Elementary Dodgeball / Kickball Tournament starting at 9:00. • May 9, 2024 - Elementary Field Day for PK-2nd Grade starting at 8:30 to Noon, and for 3rd - 5th Grade starting at 1:00 to 2:45.
